How long does setup take?
Most clinics are live within 3–5 business days. We handle the DHA or NPHIES vendor registration paperwork for you.
Which insurers do you connect to?
UAE: Daman, Thiqa, ADNIC, AXA Gulf, Oman Insurance, Neuron. KSA: Bupa Arabia, Tawuniya, MedGulf, AXA Gulf, Walaa, Malath. More added on request.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Do you comply with DHA and DoH regulations?
Yes. We are ADHICS-compliant and working toward DHA vendor certification. Your patient data stays in-country (UAE or KSA) per data residency requirements.
What if my clinic already has an HIS/EHR?
We integrate with your existing system via HL7 FHIR. We've built connectors for the most common Gulf clinic systems. If yours isn't listed, we build it at no charge.
How is pricing calculated for Enterprise?
Based on number of branches, monthly consultation volume, and modules required. Most hospital groups pay $800–2,500/month.
